Turn off Copilot in Word

Windows

1. Click the File menu (top left).
2. From the menu below, choose Options.
3. Select Copilot in the sidebar (left).
4. Untick Enable Copilot.
5. Click OK.

You might need to exit and reopen Word for the change to take effect.

macOS

1. From the menu (across the top of the screen) choose Word.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click Copilot.
4. Untick Enable Copilot.

You might need to quit and reopen Word for the change to take effect.
